This notice explains how Guangzhou Jiahe Cultural Development Co., Ltd handles enquiries on the FortuneVend website. Updated 13 October 2026.

• Submitted enquiries are processed by FormSubmit and sent to our sales mailbox.
• Clear form removes the saved entries from this browser tab.

What you share

The form requests your name, email, destination market, selected product and requirements. Company, quantity, venue, languages and detailed specifications are optional. We use this information to respond, discuss the equipment and prepare a quotation. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or sensitive identity documents.

Submission and delivery

When you submit the form, your entries, selected options, enquiry reference, page source and any campaign identifiers carried by the page are sent to FormSubmit for processing and email delivery to [email protected]. Our sales team can reply to the email address you provide. A submission confirmation means the service accepted the request; it does not establish that a sales representative has read it.

FormSubmit states that submissions are stored for 30 days. Its published privacy policy does not specify a storage region. See the service’s privacy policy and documentation.

Before you submit

When available, sessionStorage temporarily keeps entries in the current browser tab so the English and Chinese versions of the same form can restore your information. The homepage and customization page use separate saved entries. These saved entries are not sent until you submit. Clear form removes this page’s saved entries, and a confirmed submission clears them automatically. Browser session restoration may retain entries, so closing a tab is not a reliable way to erase them.

Direct contact and hosting

Contact icons open your email, WhatsApp or telephone application, or copy Julius’s WeChat number. They do not submit the form or attach its contents. These applications have their own privacy terms. Hosting and submission providers may record IP addresses and browser information needed to deliver and protect the service. This website currently has no advertising or analytics scripts.

Questions about your information

Contact Julius at [email protected] to ask about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information held by Jiahe. Clearing the browser form does not delete a submitted enquiry from service-provider records or our mailbox.
